IT Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join the Audi Revolut F1® Team at our Hinwil facility in Switzerland. You will provide first‑level technical support to end users, ensure smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and contribute to project rollouts and system migrations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote first‑level support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and IT systems, including Active Directory.
• Support IT projects, rollouts and system migrations.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and document cases in the ticketing system.
• Deliver onboarding IT support for new employees.
• Collaborate with external partners to resolve complex issues and improve support processes.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience in a technical, engineering or R&D environment.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Good English proficiency; German is a plus.
