IT Support Analyst (f/m/d) - Onsite

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for an IT Support Analyst (f/m/d) to work onsite in Sierre, Switzerland. The role covers on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers and associated peripherals, and acts as the company's liaison with the customer on administrative and technical matters. It combines technical skills with a strong focus on customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Review, troubleshoot and approve desktops, notebooks, printers and peripherals.
• Install, maintain and optimise desktop and notebook configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems and perform maintenance and repair services.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that affect performance.
• Instruct users on the operation and maintenance of the systems.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English, spoken and written.
• Willingness to work on call.
• Excellent customer service, communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of imaging and troubleshooting Windows desktops and laptops, mainly Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Enterprise-level Windows troubleshooting experience is a must.
• Understanding of PC reimaging and experience with annual refresh programs.
• Preferred: ServiceNow ticketing system and SCCM imaging and MDT.
