IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our GIT team in Bienne. The role provides first‑ and second‑level technical assistance to employees across 19 sites in the EMEA region, supporting both standard and non‑standard IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely operational and technical support for PCs, peripherals and related software.
• Troubleshoot, resolve and document incidents and service requests.
• Develop and maintain documentation for installation and configuration procedures.
• Manage software and hardware deployments and roll‑outs.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
• Create and update the internal knowledge base for end‑users.
• Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to ensure network asset security.
• Support office openings or relocations within the region.

Required profile

• Apprenticeship degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Customer‑focused, proactive team player with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP (considered an asset).
• Experience with desktop or help‑desk support (considered an asset).
