IT Support Engineer - Geneva - Contract

About the role

We are seeking experienced IT Support Engineers to provide onsite technical assistance in Geneva on a contract basis. You will work directly with end‑users, handling a wide range of devices and collaboration technologies while ensuring high service quality and SLA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on support for desktops, laptops, thin clients, mobile devices, printers, scanners and meeting‑room equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, application, networking, VPN and connectivity issues.
• Administer user accounts, password resets, MFA, distribution groups and Exchange Online in Azure AD/Active Directory.
• Perform IMACD activities, workstation deployments, hardware refreshes and device replacements.
• Support Audio‑Visual platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, Poly, Logitech, Crestron, Yealink and related peripherals.
• Log, track and resolve incidents via ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools, meeting agreed SLA targets.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, CMDB updates and coordinate warranty repairs.
• Create and update technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in desktop, field or onsite IT support.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to support executive‑level users.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Active Directory, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), Exchange Online, Multi‑Factor Authentication.
• ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platform.
• VPN, networking fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Audio‑Visual systems: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, Poly, Logitech, Crestron, Yealink, projectors, digital signage, microphones, cameras.
• Hardware troubleshooting, IMACD processes and asset management.
