About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Global Desktop Support team. You will provide fast, effective technical assistance to users across multiple offices, handling both on‑site and remote requests.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver level 1 and 2 support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user profile issues on Windows 11.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain workstations and peripherals.
- Manage identities, groups, and devices using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Diagnose basic network connectivity, DNS, and access problems.
- Set up and test audio/video equipment, telephony, and collaboration tools.
- Perform daily system checks to ensure service availability.
Required profile
- 0‑3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support.
- CFC or equivalent IT qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 environment.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
