IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

LEM Surgical AG is seeking an IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist to own and continuously improve its internal IT environment. You will ensure reliable, secure, and high‑performance systems that support a fast‑growing MedTech organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, endpoints, and cloud services.
• Provide day‑to‑day IT support to employees across all functions.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls for internal platforms.
• Maintain and advance cybersecurity measures, covering endpoint security, data protection, and system monitoring.
• Coordinate hardware provisioning, lifecycle management, and equipment refresh cycles.
• Support and improve collaboration tools, documentation systems, and development environments used by engineering teams.
• Document IT processes and help build scalable internal IT standards and policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, endpoint management, and networking technologies.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Structured, reliable working style with strong ownership of responsibilities.
