IT Systems & Network Administrator (80-100%)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems & Network Administrator to join a dynamic environment where autonomy, technical expertise, and collaboration are highly valued. The role covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities across IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, user support, and business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end technical support across Levels 1–3.
• Administer, maintain, and enhance IT systems and network infrastructure.
• Ensure availability, security, and backup of IT environments.
• Manage and optimise LAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi and related hardware.
• Support maintenance and development of ERP systems and business applications, including integrations and APIs.
• Assist users with technical issues, documentation and ongoing guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and infrastructure incidents.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of IT systems, processes and security.

Required profile

• Qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in systems administration, network management and IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and enterprise networking.
• Experience supporting users and handling IT incidents in a business environment.
• Exposure to ERP systems and business‑application support.
• Knowledge of web development, API architecture and Linux environments is advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, independent work style and good communication skills.
