IT/OT Project Manager – 36‑Month CDM Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT/OT Project Manager to lead the implementation of new IT/OT installations for pharmaceutical and biotechnology production. You will define architecture, oversee deployment, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse needs and define detailed specifications.
• Write and manage tender calls, select and qualify suppliers.
• Verify IT/OT documentation and supervise commissioning, FAT/SAT, and start‑up activities.
• Supervise validation plans and equipment qualification.
• Drive improvements on existing equipment according to GMP standards.
• Coordinate all activities related to commissioning and qualification.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or Industrial IT.
• At least 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology sector.
• Minimum 3 years managing automation and IT system projects.
• Strong knowledge of OT systems and ability to interface with internal suppliers.
• Good understanding of GMP regulations.
• Result‑oriented, comfortable with large‑scale challenges.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.
