Jewelry Manager Europe

About the role

Richemont is seeking a European Jewelry Manager to coordinate jewelry operations across its European Maisons. The role ensures consistency, excellence, and strategic alignment in jewelry services, technical support, and talent management throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regional jewelry budget (Capex/Opex) and monitor performance indicators such as quality, lead time and efficiency.
• Coordinate capacity monitoring at regional and local levels and align staffing with operational needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between Maisons, regional markets and jewelry workshops to consolidate requirements and drive strategic initiatives.
• Oversee technical support, repair processes and the management of tools and equipment across workshops.
• Develop and implement training programmes for jewelers, assess skills during recruitment and manage career development pathways.
• Ensure adherence to Maison policies, update procedures and maintain rigorous quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing multi‑site jewelry or luxury goods operations.
• Strong understanding of technical jewelry processes, repair workflows and workshop organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and regions.
• Ability to manage budgets, monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
