Junior Account Executive

About the role

Namespace is looking for a motivated Junior Account Executive to help drive customer relationships from onboarding through renewals. You will work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams, gaining insight into how technical organizations operate while ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, follow‑ups, renewals and contract processes with strong attention to detail.
• Develop an understanding of engineers’ workflows to communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to surface user challenges and add value to the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account growth metrics.
• Continuously learn the platform and industry to expand into broader customer‑facing responsibilities.

• Logical thinker with clear communication skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, systems and technical concepts.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple customer processes simultaneously.
