Junior Anaplan Model Builder – FP&A

About the role

Join Zurich's Planning & Performance team as a Junior Anaplan Model Builder focused on FP&A. You will work with central and local finance teams to develop and enhance financial forecasting models that support the Group's KPI planning across Life, P&C, and Farmers segments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of financial forecasting models in Anaplan under senior guidance.
• Translate business requirements into structured modelling solutions.
• Create clear dashboards and visualisations for key financial KPIs.
• Analyse spreadsheet‑based financial models from Business Units and gather requirements.
• Perform data manipulation, validation, and transformation on datasets.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Basic experience or exposure to Anaplan concepts, with a willingness to learn.
• Good financial literacy and understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and business drivers.
• Strong data handling skills, especially in Excel and dataset validation.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into modelling solutions.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration across countries and functions.
• Interest in working in an international, cross‑functional environment.
