Junior Customer Success Manager

About the role

As a Junior Customer Success Manager you will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with senior CSMs and cross‑functional teams to guarantee smooth order processing and high delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date customer communication using standardized documents such as SAP reports, meeting minutes and timetables.
• Process customer orders end‑to‑end via SAP and the internal ticketing system, from quotation to after‑sales service.
• Identify deviations early and collaborate with TPM, CB, CSM and Planning to develop efficient solutions.
• Execute customer success plans that define goals, milestones and strategies.
• Align customer objectives with the company’s product capabilities together with senior CSMs.
• Support the CSM in handling inquiries, concerns and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Advanced or intermediate English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Commercial mindset with customer‑centric focus and problem‑solving aptitude.
• Resilience and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP (knowledge of SAP modules related to order processing).
• Microsoft Office suite.
