Junior Sales – Asset Management

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing boutique asset manager in Geneva. Working closely with senior management, you will help expand the firm’s client base across Switzerland and selected European markets while delivering high‑quality service to existing investors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new relationships with professional and institutional investors, including EAMs, family offices and asset allocators.
• Identify business opportunities, arrange meetings with prospects and contribute to the commercial growth strategy.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing investors through proactive and responsive client coverage.
• Prepare client presentations, reporting materials and investor communications.
• Support due‑diligence requests, RFPs and DDQs.
• Assist in creating and updating marketing materials and commercial documentation.
• Participate in industry events and marketing initiatives to raise the firm’s visibility.
• Ensure CRM systems and commercial processes remain accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in asset management, institutional sales, client coverage, investor relations or financial marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong interest in financial markets and investment management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a strong advantage.
