Key Account Director (FX Sales) - Swiss-German Speaking

About the role

Ebury, a fintech provider of business accounts, hedging and financing solutions, is looking for a Key Account Director (also called FX Sales Director) for its Zurich office, which is onsite. The role promotes the growth of the Ebury brand into the country through independent research and campaigns, targeting larger SME companies, and develops sales strategies based on client feedback and market knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Originate new business targeting client prospects with turnover of £50M or more.
• Sell cash management, FX hedging and payment products.
• Understand each client's business, strategy and challenges to propose the best Ebury solution.
• Maintain ongoing customer contact, write call reports in Salesforce, deliver quality customer service and show superior product knowledge.

Required profile

• Track record of sales management, ideally in FX, cross-border financial services, international payments and collections, or cash management.
• Financial services experience; a network is a big advantage.
• First-class communication skills and ability to negotiate and build relationships at senior levels with SME customers.
• Fluency in Swiss-German and a business-level English.
