Key Account Manager – Trade Marketing (International)

About the role

We are looking for a driven, relationship‑oriented Key Account Manager to develop and manage our key retail and distribution partners across international markets. In this trade‑marketing focused position you will help grow sales, strengthen partnerships and ensure the brand is presented consistently at every point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, distributors and retail partners in assigned markets.
• Drive sales performance and achieve defined revenue targets.
• Plan and execute trade‑marketing activities and retail activations.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation and execution across all channels.
• Monitor sell‑in and sell‑out performance, identify growth opportunities and analyse market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Support product launches and commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in account management, sales or business development with exposure to trade marketing, preferably in beauty, fragrance, luxury or FMCG.
• Strong commercial mindset, hands‑on and results‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian) are a plus.
