Key Account Supply Chain Manager

About the role

VAT Group, a global supplier of high-performance vacuum valves with over 3,200 employees, is looking for a Key Account Supply Chain Manager. You will be a customer-facing supply chain expert responsible for managing relationships with assigned key accounts and supporting global account strategies, in a dynamic, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers on operational supply chain topics
• Ensure execution of defined supply chain strategies across all product lines
• Support the Global Account Supply Chain Manager with analysis, scenario modeling and business reviews
• Create, manage and analyze KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, Lead Time, Inventory and Forecast Accuracy
• Provide performance insights and track improvement actions
• Monitor supply chain performance via control tower tools to identify risks and opportunities
• Orchestrate internal supply chain functions (planning, logistics, operations) to meet customer needs
• Manage and execute supply chain agreements such as consignment and stocking programs
• Act as the first point of escalation for operational supply chain issues

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning or customer service within a global organization (high-tech or semiconductor industry preferred)
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (mandatory) and data visualization tools such as Power BI
• ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365 (F&O)
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration in an international environment
