Lecturer – Business Analytics, AI & Information Systems

About the role

HIM Business School seeks a dynamic Lecturer to teach Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Information Systems to an international cohort. All courses are delivered in English, and the role runs from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures on Data‑Driven Decision Making, Statistics, Innovation AI and IT Management.
• Develop and continuously update curriculum to reflect current industry trends.
• Mentor students, supporting both academic progress and professional development.
• Collaborate with industry partners to integrate real‑world insights into teaching.
• Contribute to the school’s research output within your areas of expertise.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in data analytics, AI, IT management or statistics.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business applications.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous teaching experience is a strong asset.
• Swiss nationality or a valid C or B work permit.
