Über die Position

Wir bieten eine dreijährige Lehrstelle zum Kaufmann/-frau EFZ im internationalen Umfeld von Johnson & Johnson in Allschwil. Du unterstützt das Tagesgeschäft, übernimmst administrative Aufgaben und arbeitest an Projekten in einem globalen Netzwerk.

Hauptaufgaben

Selbstständige Bearbeitung administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben.
Mitwirkung an Projekten und deren Leitung im internationalen Kontext.
Organisation von Veranstaltungen für Kunden und Mitarbeitende.
Teilnahme an Besprechungen und Einbringen eigener Ideen.

Anforderungsprofil

Interesse an kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten und Projektarbeit.
Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
Gute Computerkenntnisse und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Französisch von Vorteil).
Kontaktfreude und Freude am internationalen Umfeld.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

Grundlagen der kaufmännischen Prozesse.
Organisations- und Planungskompetenz.
Logisches und verknüpftes Denken.
