Leisure Coach - Fitness & Wellness

About the role

Hilton Geneva's LivingWell Health Club is looking for a Leisure Coach who reports to the Leisure Supervisor. As an ambassador for both the club and the hotel, you will deliver high-quality fitness and wellness services in a safe and welcoming environment, while building loyalty among members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes such as strength, cardio and aqua fitness
• Provide personal coaching sessions and tailor training programmes
• Teach swimming lessons and act as a certified Lifeguard, ensuring pool safety
• Ensure compliance with the club's quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Manage the reception desk: greet guests, handle calls and emails, and schedule classes
• Conduct commercial prospecting to develop memberships and promote and sell personal coaching and swimming lessons
• Contribute to member and hotel guest loyalty through personalised, warm service

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a fitness coach in a club or hotel
• Lifeguard certification (BNSSA or Swiss equivalent)
• Extensive training in fitness and personal coaching
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong sales skills and interest in prospecting and selling memberships and services
