Licensed Aircraft Engineer - Line Maintenance A380 A350 B787 B777

About the role

SR Technics, an MRO provider headquartered at Zurich Airport, is looking for an experienced Line Maintenance Engineer B1 or B1/B2 for its ZRH line station. You will work on wide-body aircraft such as the A380, A350, B787 and B777, ensuring they remain airworthy.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure the safety and quality policy is communicated and implemented
• Perform line maintenance work packages, certificates of release to service, daily and weekly checks, engine and APU replacement, defect rectification, component replacement, AOG recovery and troubleshooting
• Perform A-check, P-check and out-of-phase check work packages
• Carry out structural damage assessments and repairs
• Ensure the aircraft operates in airworthy condition
• Work autonomously within a team spirit environment, assisting the shift leader or supervisor, and ensure clear communication and reporting

Required profile

• Valid B1 EASA Part-66 licence
• Qualified on at least three wide-body types from the list: A330, A340, A350, A380, B787, B737
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Working knowledge of health, safety and quality procedures
• Positive attitude, solutions oriented, customer focused, team oriented and able to work under pressure
• Applicants must hold an EU passport, Swiss passport or Swiss working permit

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Part 66 licence with AML, Human Factor, Fuel Tank Phase II, EWIS theory and practical, and current evidence per aircraft type
