Local Supply Chain and Warehousing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Local Supply Chain and Warehousing Lead to join UCB’s BioNexUS Internal Manufacturing team at our Bulle campus. The role supports the design and delivery of a new biologics manufacturing facility, ensuring supply chain and warehousing requirements are integrated from concept to operation.

Key responsibilities

• Represent manufacturing needs in project design, focusing on supply chain and warehousing.
• Define user requirements and translate operational, technical, and process needs into clear project inputs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites and global partners to gather best practices and operational insight.
• Review technical documents and data to support decisions on systems, tools and manufacturing processes.
• Promote high standards in quality, health, safety and environmental performance throughout the project.
• Monitor industry developments and help introduce future‑ready technologies and ways of working.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering or supply‑chain discipline.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience supporting large‑scale projects in pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehousing, including planning, procurement, storage and distribution.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills; fluency in English (French a plus).
