Logistics and Transportation Team Leader

About the role

Studer Cables is looking for a Logistics and Transportation Team Leader to oversee the Warehouse, Internal Transportation, Swiss and Export Scheduling, and Loading departments. You will ensure timely shipments while complying with legal and internal standards, and you will share responsibility for workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of warehouse and transportation functions.
• Plan staff capacity, shift schedules, and resource allocation.
• Optimize CIP processes and system workflows.
• Guarantee on‑time delivery of goods in line with regulations.
• Collaborate on safety initiatives across all departments.

Required profile

• Completed training as a logistics specialist or equivalent vocational education with relevant professional experience.
• Extensive leadership experience in logistics or transportation environments.
• Willingness to work occasional shift hours when required.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Strong IT and ERP proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
