Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator supports day‑to‑day logistics operations across the company's European business, focusing on inventory control, transport coordination, shipment documentation and operational accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory movements across 3PL warehouses, transit flows and intercompany transfers, and reconcile system stock with physical movements.
• Coordinate daily transport activities with carriers, freight forwarders and parcel/pallet service providers, arrange bookings and track shipment status.
• Manage and validate logistics documentation such as shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, packing lists and customs paperwork.
• Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records within ERP and WMS systems and support preparation of operational reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, transport coordination or inventory control.
• Experience with 3PL warehouse environments and multi‑carrier transport management is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with WMS systems.
• Hands‑on experience with logistics documentation and shipment coordination.
