Logistics Coordinator – Laboratory Operations

About the role

This position ensures the smooth day‑to‑day logistics operations for DPS laboratories and office areas. You will manage warehouse activities, coordinate shipments of pharmaceutical and technical materials, and support inventory and supplier processes to keep lab operations running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage laboratory supplies, including inventory tracking and stock control.
• Handle warehouse operations such as requisitioning, restocking, and maintaining consumables and chemicals using 6S and Kanban systems.
• Coordinate logistics of pharmaceutical samples and technical materials (receipt, storage, shipment) in line with internal procedures.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to lab and operations teams.
• Liaise closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Support and participate in logistics and warehousing improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Degree or apprenticeship in Logistics or a related field.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) and basic knowledge of German.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
