Logistics & Operations Optimization Manager

About the role

The Logistics & Operations Optimization Manager will structure, standardise and accelerate the onboarding process for high‑value client assets such as watches, jewellery and collectibles. The role ensures secure operational workflows and delivers a premium client experience at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy a standardised workflow covering intake, photography, authentication and storage.
• Draft SOPs, oversee their implementation and map/eliminate bottlenecks.
• Define, track and report performance KPIs.
• Oversee industrial and automated photography systems, ensuring consistent quality and throughput.
• Integrate traceability tools (QR codes, DAM, AI) into the processing pipeline.
• Lead logistics, photography, authentication and inventory teams; train staff on quality, security and confidentiality standards.
• Manage scheduling and resource allocation based on operational load.
• Ensure full traceability of every item and maintain documentary compliance through systematic quality controls.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in logistics or industrial operations; background in luxury, watchmaking, jewellery, art handling or premium e‑commerce is a strong plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
