Logistics Operator – Laboratory Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Operator to support daily laboratory and office operations within a GMP‑driven pharmaceutical environment. The role ensures smooth supply flow, manages warehouse activities, and coordinates analytical and technical shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage laboratory consumables, chemicals, and inventory levels.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including requisition, restocking, and 6S/Kanban processes.
• Coordinate pharmaceutical sample logistics according to internal procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support to laboratory teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external stakeholders on logistics projects.

Required profile

• Degree or apprenticeship in logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience, preferably in a laboratory or pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; basic spoken German.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple operational tasks.

Required skills

• 6S inventory management.
• Kanban system implementation.
• Warehouse management and stock replenishment.
