Logistics Operator (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Operator to support the daily operations of a pharmaceutical laboratory and office environment in Basel. The role involves managing supplies, warehouse activities, and the shipment of analytical and technical materials.

Key responsibilities

• Handle laboratory supplies and inventory management.
• Perform warehouse tasks including requisition, restocking, 6S, and Kanban processes.
• Coordinate logistics of pharmaceutical samples and technical materials following internal procedures (good receipt and shipments).
• Provide administrative support and maintain close cooperation with suppliers.
• Assist with logistics and warehousing projects.

Required profile

• Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; basic spoken German.
• Good interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum three years of logistics experience.
• Degree or apprenticeship in logistics.
