Maintenance Engineer – Metrology

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor metrology equipment, ensuring high accuracy and uptime. You will also create maintenance reports, analyse data and develop proactive strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor metrology equipment.
• Create maintenance reports and procedures.
• Analyse equipment data to improve reliability.
• Develop proactive maintenance strategies to maximise uptime.
• Support TPM programmes to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Technical vocational training (EFZ/equivalent) or similar technician education.
• Strong teamwork, communication abilities and self‑reflection.
• Fluent in English or German.
• Prior experience with semiconductor metrology equipment is a strong advantage.
