Manager, 3PL Partner Excellence

About the role

The Manager, 3PL Partner Excellence will lead the deployment of standardized partner management processes across the EMEA distribution network. Reporting to the Director of MedTech Network Transformation EMEA, the role ensures alignment with global standards, service expectations, and transformation objectives while driving continuous improvement of an asset‑light operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and govern standardized 3PL partner management processes, including contracting, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
• Partner with global teams to define contracting standards, policies, and guardrails for logistics contracts in EMEA.
• Build financial architecture and analytics to monitor operational and financial performance against contractual commitments.
• Develop and maintain centralized performance portals, workflow tools, and reporting templates for consistent regional execution.
• Establish and maintain partner segmentation frameworks and governance cadences, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or partner/vendor coordination roles.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑market operations and suppliers in a highly matrixed environment.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in transformation initiatives, value realization, or operational strategy.
