Manager – Artificial Intelligence & Data (Data Management & Platforms)

About the role

Deloitte AI & Data is looking for a manager to help clients modernise their digital landscape using next‑generation cloud platforms and big‑data architectures. You will design and implement modern data solutions, develop data strategies and lead end‑to‑end project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data management solutions (data quality, master/reference data, catalogues, data platforms) that deliver high‑quality, usable data.
• Develop data strategies aligned with regulatory, cost and revenue objectives.
• Lead complex data and analytics transformations, providing architectural and technical thought leadership.
• Manage projects from advisory through implementation and client rollout.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and contribute to go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in data governance, data management, data engineering or analytics within consulting, tech or industry.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong consulting, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; German and/or French highly preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with data‑management tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Azure, GCP.
• Experience implementing cloud‑based data platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks) and data lakehouses.
• Knowledge of vendor selection, implementation and operation of data solutions.
• Ability to design and document data and technical architecture for hybrid environments.
