Manager, Batch Release Strategy – Europe

About the role

Veeva Batch Release helps life‑sciences companies modernize the decision to release a batch by linking quality, manufacturing, laboratory, document and ERP information. In this European Strategy role you will work with customers, partners and internal Veeva teams to shape market understanding and adoption of the Batch Release application. The position is highly customer‑facing and combines regulated‑manufacturing expertise with software and services strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic discovery with European life‑sciences customers to map batch‑disposition processes, system landscapes and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with account teams to move priority customers from interest to senior‑sponsored engagement.
• Act as the European domain lead, guiding Sales, Strategy, Solution Consulting, Services, Product, Marketing and partners on how quality, manufacturing, laboratory, document and ERP processes integrate in release.
• Translate customer, partner and market insights into product, services, implementation and field recommendations.
• Build reusable European enablement assets such as discovery guides, stakeholder maps, account‑entry plays and positioning across ERP, manufacturing execution, laboratory, quality and document systems.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in life‑sciences manufacturing, quality or related enterprise software and consulting.
• Direct knowledge of batch disposition or release and the regulated manufacturing evidence and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to turn manufacturing or quality processes into customer‑facing software, consulting or transformation programs.
• Senior‑level customer‑facing experience in strategy, solution consulting, implementation advisory or management consulting.
• Strong communication skills to lead conversations with Quality, Manufacturing, Qualified Person, IT and executive stakeholders.
