Manager - EPM, Financial Consolidation & Reporting

About the role

EY is hiring a Manager for its Enterprise Performance Management, Financial Consolidation and Reporting practice in Basel. You will lead major workstreams and client relationships across EPM and finance transformation programs, advising CFOs, Group Controllers and FP&A leaders on consolidation, close, planning, forecasting and reporting. You will work in a multidisciplinary international team, from strategy and roadmap through implementation and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EPM strategy, maturity assessments, transformation roadmaps, target operating models and technology-enabled delivery programs.
• Advise senior Finance stakeholders on statutory and management consolidation, group reporting, close optimization, planning, forecasting and performance steering.
• Own the design and delivery of CCH Tagetik, OneStream or comparable EPM workstreams, aligning process, data, controls, architecture and operating model.
• Lead fit-to-standard, fit-gap and design workshops and govern decisions on ownership, currency translation, intercompany matching and eliminations, cash flow, disclosures, reporting controls and auditability.
• Direct global teams across requirements, solution design, build, data migration, testing, reconciliation, cutover, training, deployment and stabilization.
• Connect EPM with ERP and enterprise data platforms to establish trusted finance data flows and scalable reporting architectures.
• Manage scope, quality, risks, dependencies, economics and stakeholder expectations.
• Build senior client relationships, support proposals, solution development, thought leadership and account growth.
• Coach and develop team members and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Required profile

• Approximately 4-10+ years of consulting or industry experience in EPM, financial consolidation, group reporting, planning or finance transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading CCH Tagetik, OneStream or comparable EPM implementations or major workstreams.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of consolidation and reporting principles, including IFRS or another major reporting framework, legal and management structures, ownership changes, eliminations, currency translation, close controls and disclosure requirements.
• Program and workstream leadership, including planning, governance, risk management, quality assurance and delivery oversight.
• Commercial awareness and experience in proposals, estimates, client development or account growth.
