About the role

Join Amaris Consulting as a Life Science Manager and lead a dynamic business unit within an international, fast‑growing environment. You will act as an intrapreneur, shaping the future of the firm while developing your own leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities through analysis and cold‑calling, organize client meetings and present Amaris expertise.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor top‑talent, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team.
• Oversee financial performance of the unit, analyse results and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, creating a motivating and dynamic workplace.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to thrive in demanding, results‑driven settings.
• Structured, organized mindset with a competitive yet collaborative attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.

• Fluency in German.
