Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics

About the role

The Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics will lead governance and execution of planning master data and system parameters for DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson orthopedics business. The role focuses on data integrity, analytics, and continuous improvement to support supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain governance for planning parameters such as lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, and sourcing rules.
• Develop KPI frameworks and metrics to measure forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and master‑data quality.
• Analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to improve supply‑chain and planning performance.
• Present data‑driven recommendations to leadership and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Planning Directors on business‑intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Lead master‑data‑management initiatives to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and standardisation across systems.
• Partner with IT to support ERP enhancements, data‑architecture improvements, and system integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply‑chain, analytics or related disciplines.
• Expertise in Master Data Management and data governance.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, especially SAP and/or JD Edwards.
• Proven ability to develop and manage planning performance metrics and KPI frameworks.
