Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics

About the role

The Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics will lead governance and execution of planning master data and system parameters for DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson orthopedics business. The role focuses on data integrity, analytics, and continuous improvement to support supply chain excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain governance for planning parameters such as lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, and sourcing rules.
• Develop KPI frameworks and performance metrics to monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and master data quality.
• Analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to improve supply chain and planning performance.
• Collaborate with Planning Directors to design and manage business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Lead master data management initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and standardization across ERP systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Proven expertise in Master Data Management and data governance.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into business insights and operational improvements.
