Manager, Professional Education

About the role

The Manager, Professional Education will design and deliver innovative education programs that support the appropriate use of Edwards' cardiac surgery technologies across the EU. This role blends scientific expertise with field engagement to translate clinical evidence into impactful learning experiences for healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a EU‑wide Professional Education strategy aligned with Structural Heart Disease priorities.
• Design end‑to‑end education formats (live, digital, hybrid) that are scalable, consistent, and high‑quality.
• Integrate innovative learning tools such as virtual symposiums and digital platforms into product launches.
• Own program delivery from concept through logistics, content creation, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to ensure programs address real clinical needs.
• Maintain a field presence through site visits and event preparation to keep programs relevant.
• Lead curriculum development for varied audiences, from fellows to experienced cardiac surgeons.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, Legal, and Compliance.
• Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and regional scalability.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MedTech, healthcare, sales, marketing, or clinical environments.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
• Strong scientific or clinical background with credibility among healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs end‑to‑end.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and influencing stakeholders.
