Manager / Senior Manager – IFRS and Corporate Reporting Centre of Excellence

About the role

Join Deloitte’s IFRS and Corporate Reporting Centre of Excellence as a Manager or Senior Manager. You will support large, complex clients and internal audit teams by delivering practical, high‑quality advice on IFRS technical accounting and emerging sustainability reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical accounting partners across Deloitte Europe and the global IFRS office on complex accounting and sustainability topics.
• Develop and present internal and external IFRS and corporate reporting guidance, including climate‑related disclosures (TCFD) and EU sustainability regulations (CSRD, ISSB).
• Contribute to annual financial statement reviews for the firm’s largest clients.
• Support the creation of Swiss‑specific IFRS guidance, go‑to‑market offerings, and marketing campaigns.
• Work with the Quality National Office to shape audit policies and with Learning & Development to deliver IFRS training.

Required profile

• Strong technical accounting background with proven experience applying IFRS standards.
• Interest in sustainability reporting standards and their practical implementation.
• High integrity, quality‑driven mindset and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Fluent English communication; German is a plus.
