About the role

The Strategic Support, Office of the Chief Medical & Scientific Officer (CMSO), acts as a strategic partner to the Regional CMSO, advancing high-priority initiatives that strengthen physician engagement, scientific strategy and cross-functional alignment across J&J MedTech Electrophysiology. The role translates physician insights, market dynamics and business priorities into action plans supporting product strategy, advisory board outputs, business development, conference engagement and external physician partnerships. It is based in Zug, Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional CMSO to shape and advance strategic initiatives, turn Medical Office priorities into action plans and timelines, and give strategic counsel on clinical matters
• Lead preparation for executive discussions, leadership meetings and business reviews, and coordinate follow-up after conference engagements
• Develop and support social media and executive communication content for Regional CMSO conference presence
• Lead the strategy, planning, execution and reporting of U.S., Global and Emerging Leaders Scientific Advisory Boards, turning their outputs into actionable recommendations
• Plan and follow up on field visits and physician engagements, building trackers for engagement planning and follow-through
• Act as a connector across Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, R&D, Professional Education, Commercial Marketing, Business Development and field leadership, helping spot gaps and risks early
• Support Regional CMSO participation in business development meetings and diligence discussions, and help the MSL organization triage and prepare physician engagements

Required profile

• Strong clinical background with a deep understanding of daily healthcare operations and lab procedures
• Executive presence, sound judgment and the ability to connect internal teams, external stakeholders and strategic priorities
