Manufacture Visits Coordinator

About the role

The Manufacture Visits Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing client and stakeholder visits to our manufacturing facility. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring each visit reflects the brand’s heritage, quality, and hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full visit calendar, organize programs, timings, and brief guides.
• Lead multiple weekly visits, present the manufacture, guide tours, and answer client questions.
• Coordinate product presentations with market and commercial teams.
• Handle client communication via shared mailbox and respond to inquiries.
• Compile weekly and quarterly feedback, produce reports for the Executive Committee.
• Develop new itineraries, presentation tools, written guides, and client gifting concepts.
• Train new guides and animate the guide community.
• Support event coordination, including bespoke visit paths and tools.
• Assist with operational tasks such as stock management, due‑diligence, and material preparation.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a similar role within the watchmaking or luxury sector.
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, project‑management, and presentation skills.
• Strong sense of client privacy and confidentiality.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a diplomatic and multicultural mindset.
