Market Lead - Integrated Facilities Management

About the role

JLL is looking for a Market Lead (m/f/d) to join its integrated facilities management team in Geneva. You will be the face of the operations for on-site client stakeholders, leading a team and helping shape the future of facilities management in Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team of Facility Managers, small projects and related staff through coaching, development and leading by example
• Own the P&L and performance delivery, keeping the team on track against KPIs and SKPIs
• Manage annual budgets, oversee capital works and ensure timely billing
• Partner with account leadership and clients to shape long-term strategy and grow the small projects pipeline
• Build lasting client relationships and act as their trusted go-to person
• Oversee technical and workspace operations, including Critical Environment requirements, and raise the bar on service quality
• Drive energy and sustainability initiatives, including reduction targets and recycling optimisation across sites
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire regulations and provide 24/7 emergency support when needed

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a service delivery role, with a track record of owning client relationships and operations
• Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or similar (preferred but not essential)
• Solid experience in facilities management or corporate real estate; banking or financial services background is a plus
• Ability to manage teams, vendors and client relationships at a senior level
• Fluent French and English; German is a big bonus in the Swiss market

• Good working knowledge of Swiss health, safety and environmental regulations
• Experience with budgets, contracts and critical environments
