About the role
Eastman is seeking a senior leader to head its global Marketing Center of Excellence (COE). The role partners with senior marketing and commercial leaders across the business to build world‑class marketing capabilities, drive commercial results, and shape the company’s transformation roadmap.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the global Marketing COE Leadership Team, facilitating strategic discussions and co‑creating annual scorecards.
- Ensure convergence on common marketing processes, best practices, and standards across all businesses.
- Develop, implement, and execute global and regional COE initiatives, scaling best practices enterprise‑wide.
- Set talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention standards for marketing roles.
- Collaborate with IT to identify and deploy technology solutions that enhance market analysis, competitive intelligence, and data‑driven decision making.
- Accelerate adoption of disciplined marketing processes, metrics, and analytics.
- Partner with business leaders to support the ongoing transformation journey of Marketing Excellence.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary marketing functions (strategic, digital, brand, marcom, channel marketing).
- Strong ability to influence senior commercial leadership and act as a trusted advisor.
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling marketing capabilities in a global organization.
- Experience driving data‑informed decisions and implementing standardized processes.
