Marketing Consultant – National Brand & Campaigns

About the role

As a Marketing Consultant for McDonald’s Switzerland you will lead the creation and execution of national brand, trust and food promotional campaigns. You will translate consumer insights into compelling creative platforms and manage agency partners to deliver integrated, 360° communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of national brand, trust and food promotional campaigns from brief to launch.
• Own multi‑million‑CHF campaigns, managing timelines, budgets and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with media, digital and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Evaluate campaign performance and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and leading marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, preferably in retail, FMCG or global brands.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss market, culture and consumer behaviour.
• Fluent in German, French and English.
• Excellent project‑management and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proven experience working with creative and media agencies on large integrated campaigns.
• Strong creative judgment and ability to challenge and inspire agencies.
