Marketing Content Manager

About the role

The Marketing Content Manager will lead the creation and execution of digital brand awareness initiatives for the Laboratory Division, collaborating with business units and sales teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically drive the Digital Brand Awareness program, align with stakeholders, oversee promotional activities, and report results.
• Manage content creation projects focused on brand awareness across various industries, producing customer‑centric digital material.
• Own the video program, planning and project‑managing video productions with internal and external partners.
• Plan and execute pilot projects to explore new channels and expand the division’s brand presence.

Required profile

• Highly self‑motivated with the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational talent with excellent project‑management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in content creation for brand awareness and a flair for visualizing digital content.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English (native or C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
• Scientific degree with at least 3 years of relevant marketing or communications experience, preferably in an international matrix environment.
