Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive marketing professional to drive brand presence across the Alpen Group, including financial services, furniture, and lifestyle businesses. The role is hands‑on, moving between campaign planning, content production, and e‑commerce management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple business units.
• Produce recurring content such as weekly newsletters and social media posts.
• Manage and optimise the Forms Gallery online shop, including product and content updates.
• Create marketing materials for print, digital and social channels.
• Coordinate activities with partners, agencies and internal teams.
• Analyse campaign performance and implement improvements.
• Support events, exhibitions and PR initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury, lifestyle or financial services.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication in English and German; French is a plus.
• High level of discretion and integrity for regulated entities.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑commerce platforms and online shop management.
• Proficiency with Office tools, content management systems and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM or campaign tools such as Zoho.
