Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

OPEN MINDS is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Manager to join its Market Intelligence team. You will design, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote executive education initiatives across digital, social, email, web, and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of monthly and yearly marketing plans to drive registrations and brand visibility.
• Develop and optimise landing pages, digital content, and web experiences using SEO best practices.
• Maintain executive‑education web pages on WordPress, implementing updates and changes.
• Produce analytics and ROI reports for online marketing and lead‑generation activities.
• Create high‑impact campaigns and promotional assets across email, social media, web, paid advertising, print, and on‑site event channels.
• Write compelling marketing copy, including session descriptions, email campaigns, press releases, social media posts, digital ads, brochures, signage, and executive‑facing materials.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in professional services, events, health care, behavioral health, or education.
• Proven track record of successful outbound email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp experience preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills, able to translate complex industry concepts for executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, healthcare, journalism, graphic design, or a related field.
