Marketing Specialist – Corporate Communications

A recruiter representing a prestigious client in Zurich is looking for a creative and strategic professional to join its team. The role suits someone who excels at storytelling and can turn complex information into compelling narratives for different audiences. It covers everything from high-level strategic planning to hands-on content creation, with ownership of the communication roadmap and a consistent brand voice across digital and print platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the annual communication strategy and schedule
• Create and manage content for social media, newsletters and the company website
• Author the annual report and draft articles or press releases
• Provide ghostwriting for executive speeches and presentations
• Lead communication projects and support trade fairs and corporate events
• Coordinate official mailings for general assemblies and delegate meetings
• Maintain a professional and uniform presence across all media channels

Required profile

• Degree or advanced certification in communications, marketing or journalism
• Significant experience in corporate communications or marketing roles
• Exceptional writing skills and a proven track record in editing and writing diverse text formats
• Strong affinity for digital trends and social media management
• Excellent organisational skills, able to work independently
• Creative mindset with proactive initiative; project management experience is an advantage
