Mechanical Engineer Internship – Aircraft Interior Engineering

About the role

SINTEGRITY is seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer intern to support aircraft interior projects and other structure‑critical developments. You will work on real engineering challenges, gaining hands‑on experience in design, analysis, and prototype testing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in concept development, 3D modelling and detailed CAD work.
• Perform basic structural analyses and FEM simulations, interpreting results for design decisions.
• Translate concepts into technical requirements and manage interface documentation.
• Support prototype build, iteration and validation testing.
• Provide general engineering assistance across multiple development projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (completed or in progress).
• Strong fundamentals in mechanics, structural analysis and/or mechanical design.
• Self‑motivated, independent and proactive attitude.
• Interest in product development processes and aviation or high‑performance engineering.

Required skills

• Experience with CAD tools.
• Familiarity with FEM software.
• 3D modelling capabilities.
