About the role

The Réseau de l’Arc is seeking qualified General Practitioners/Family Doctors to join its expanding network of Medicentres across the Jura and Arc Jurassien region. The role involves delivering comprehensive, patient‑centred primary care within the innovative VIVA health model.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct general medical consultations, including diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up.
• Perform complete health assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Provide longitudinal, preventive and chronic disease management.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Implement preventive measures such as screening, vaccination and health counselling.
• Collaborate with other health professionals in the VIVA network and coordinate multidisciplinary care with specialists.
• Contribute to continuity and quality of care and participate in ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Medical degree in General Medicine or Family Medicine recognised in Switzerland (or pending recognition by MEBEKO).
• Experience in ambulatory primary care.
• Interest in integrated, community‑based health models.
• Strong teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Fluent French; German or Swiss German is a plus.
