Media Intern – European Communication Team

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic young talent to join our European Communication team in Geneva. As a Media Intern you will support the regional Media & Client campaigns team in the day‑to‑day implementation and monitoring of both digital and offline media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing media briefs and asset briefs for digital campaigns.
• Coordinate asset delivery to media partners and ensure proper tracking files, campaign names and preview links are set up.
• Monitor and optimise online campaigns together with agencies, and help prepare performance reports.
• Support the planning and execution of print and OOH campaigns, including asset brief preparation, press‑plan validation and archive management.
• Update visual references and follow‑up on media plans using the Bumblebee media buying tool.
• Track media budget investments and maintain dashboards.
• Coordinate campaign alignment across markets to ensure regional priorities are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Luxury, Project Management or a related field.
• First experience in communication or media is preferred.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, dynamic, multitasking and team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working with diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
• Fluent in English.
