Medical Scientific Liaison – Hematology

About the role

GSK is seeking a field‑based Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) specialized in Hematology to operate across Switzerland. You will build trusted scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and external experts, share and discuss clinical evidence, and support the medical strategy of our Oncology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage one‑to‑one with clinicians, academic experts and key stakeholders to discuss clinical evidence, guidelines and patient care.
• Capture and communicate field insights to inform medical strategy, evidence generation and local plans.
• Provide balanced, evidence‑based scientific education to healthcare professionals and internal colleagues.
• Support and enable investigator‑sponsored studies and collaborative research initiatives.
• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries with accurate, timely scientific information.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant medical plans and local activities.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD or equivalent) in a relevant biomedical field.
• Experience in hematology or oncology scientific communication.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
